Enterprise Self Assessment
A tool for assessing the state of an organisation’s “leanness” and readiness to change. Presented in three sections:
- Enterprise leadership
- Life cycle process
- Redefining value creation along the way (Enabling).
The tool provides, for each overarching practice, diagnostic questions, lean indicators and potential metrics. The tool is presented in a user-friendly Excel format, which provides an automated self-scoring feature that generates summary charts based on the self-scoring results and future improvement targets.
Linkage with EFQM model is provided. Assessment tool can be used for service, production and governmental organisations.
