Dierik Rotsaert
Dierik Rotsaert led International projects as consultant, senior consultant and project leader throughout the world from Canada to South Africa with focus on productivity and quality improvements.
He has gained experience in a broad range of environments (from funeral parlors to Gold Mines). As a project leader he has realised major breakthrough results in different environments.
Nowadays he leads projects within Europe. He speaks fluent Dutch, French, English and has a working knowledge of German.
Besides that he is a senior award assessor for the European quality award (EQA) since 2001 and Certified Lean Professional.
Bert Mertens
Bert is a certified Blackbelt and has gained experience in Six Sigma in working with GE and Honeywell. He has provided trainings throughout Europe (Yellowbelt, Greenbelt and Blackbelt) to all different levels of the organisation.
He also has experience in Variance Based Thinking and Change Management! He also led many process improvement projects (Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia, Russia, Czech, Hungary and the UK) in the transactional back-office area and has extended experience in outsourcing activities to Low Cost Countries.
Bert also has a major background in the HR and Finance area as a Employee Service Leader. He is fluent in Dutch and English.
Emile Florak, MSc.
Emile holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering, supplemented with education in supply chain management, strategy development, information & communication technology. He spent 22 years working for multinational companies (Philips, Bosch, DSM) being responsible for Logistics, ICT, Supply Chain Management and General Management. He developed and implemented strategies for Logistics and Supply Chain processes and also methodologies for analyzing the quality of supply chains to ultimately define and implement improvements.
Since August 2002 Emile works as a consultant servicing 3 main products: temporary management, consultancy and training (MBA, BBA, APICS). Main customers are multinational companies (DSM, Lexmark, Sabic, Stryker, Océ, Barco, Numico) next to smaller companies (heavy lift transport, accountancy, software).
Special competences: Business Process Redesign and leading the Change using the broad and long time experiences. Working with (groups of) people to challenge and to improve in behaviour and attitude to realize desired results.
Emile has designed its own concept of training, the so called “Suitcase: You and Your Supply Chain”. The material used is based and industry world standards SCOR and APICS. Some multinationals already used the concept in their Supply Chain Academy.
Tom Jacobs
Tom Jacobs has an extensive and varied track record of project management experience, both nationally and internationally (Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Northern Africa), especially in the banking and IT sectors. Tom’s main focus is nowadays on training and coaching project management teams on the basis of that experience (TOM stands for Training in Organisation and Management).
One of his main strengths is the aptitude to combine soft skills (communication, delegation, leadership, motivation) and hard skills (project, process and time management methodology and software application) in his trainings.
One of his favorites is to focus MS Office application to daily practice (e.g. managing projects with MS Project or without, using MS Outlook or Excel instead).
Tom speaks fluent Dutch, English and French and has working knowledge of German. Tom Jacobs is the default lecturer on project management at the Belgian Vlerick Leuven Genth Management School.
Annemie Simkens
Annemie Simkens is working as a trainer and consultant.
She has a lot of experience with quality systems in public sector and social services. She was working for different federations to give training and to accompany initiatives for the organisations involved to implement the quality system.
She is also much experienced with creativity techniques which she uses as a facilitator to work on new concepts in organisations. In this area she is also giving training for MindManager, a softwareprogram that accompanies teams and individual to build and share ideas.
She is an assessor for the European quality award (EQA) and a certified user of VIEW, an Assessment of Problem Solving Style&tm;.
Julio Fuster
Julio has an extended experience in international project management and consulting in innovation and business development. He was formerly a consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, senior manager with Price Waterhouse and principal with AT Kearney in Spain and France.
He is an expert in development projects design, evaluation, financing and management. He is also the senior trainer in project cycle management, portfolio management and project finance. He has a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Madrid, an M.Sc. in Management Science from EOI Business School in Madrid and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton Business School of the USA.
He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Director of the Spanish Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and member of its International Development Special Interest Group.
He is Bilingual English-Spanish, he speaks fluent French and Italian plus has a working knowledge of German, Portuguese, Russian and other central European languages.
Rodolfo Casabonne, TenStep France
Mr. Casabonne focuses on training and consultancy services for project management methodology and Project Management Office around the world. He works in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. He has trained project managers, managers and senior executives from arround the.
Besides Project Management he has a solid background in General Management, Sales, Finance and Controlling. He is a former Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Finance Portugal, Vice-President of Mercedes-Benz Finance Spain, Asset-Manager of Mercedes-Benz Finance UK, Controller at DaimlerChrysler, Manager of the President’s Office at Mercedes-Benz Japan, Manager Corporate Relations at DaimlerChrysler, Manager Sales Coordination at DaimlerChrysler, Project Manager with focus on international projects.
He gained a Master of Political Science, Berlin, Germany | Master of Business Administration, Reutlingen, Germany | Lecturer of Project Management at the MBA Programs of the Universities of Reutlingen and Furtwangen, Germany.
